Présentation

Le Trophée Mumm, fruit du partenariat entre le Champagne G.H.Mumm et l’Éducation Nationale, récompense les espoirs de la profession de la sommellerie et du bar. Il est le seul concours à réunir les deux mentions complémentaires « employé barman » et « sommellerie ».

La finale du 11e Trophée Mumm 2013 s’est déroulée lundi 08 avril 2013 à Reims en public.
Six lycéens ont concouru dans la catégorie sommellerie et six autres dans la catégorie bar ; ce fut pour eux l’occasion de démontrer leurs compétences en situation professionnelle.

Ce concours joue un réel rôle pédagogique et permet aux enseignants et aux professionnels de penser ensemble l’évolution des métiers du secteur en permettant à) chaque candidat, futur prescripteur, de mettre en pratique les savoir-faire et savoir être acquis durant l’apprentissage de son métier.
